We were dream weavers long before 

we owned a home by the sea.

For years, we held onto our simple dream:

a place to grow old together near the ocean.

The coast has always been where we

feel most spiritually and creatively free—where life feels lighter, clearer, most true.

We stopped waiting for “someday” and began weaving it into everyday life: dog-eared magazine pages, seaside home inspiration, seafood nights, and coastal drives to find the town that felt like us. We researched, planned and saved our clams for nearly eight years.

We manifested. We knew it would be Pismo.

​

Then, in the most unexpected season—2021, during COVID— all stars of hard work and opportunity aligned for us in finding Villa Cortez. Pismo’s soul aligns with ours: grit and old-school at heart yet always evolving to its most gorgeous version of itself—like the patina filter on a treasured Polaroid picture. It keeps calling us back. It holds us in hard seasons and celebrates us in joyful ones—like our golden-hour vow renewal at Shell Beach on our 10-year anniversary.
